      徳化県白磁シリーズの茶壺

      日本での知名度はそれほど高くはありませんが、徳化県は中国三大古磁都のひとつに数えられ、その歴史は新石器時代にまで遡り、以降、宋、元、明と技術上の変遷を経て現代へと到ります。明の時代に入って生み出された白磁は象牙や玉に例えられるオフホワイト、乳白色といった色合いで「中国白」「玉磁」などと呼ばれ中国を代表する白磁と言われています。

      上部はやわらかい曲線でありながら底部が平たく安定感のある茶壺です。
