      徳化県の白磁

      福建省の徳化県は中国三大磁都のひとつとされ、現在も磁器の生産が盛んな地域。古くは海のシルクロードの出発点に位置し海外貿易によって世界へと広がっていきました。徳化では器の他に仏像も有名で、象牙白、玉磁などと言われるオフホワイトの白磁が有名ですが、近年はカラフルなものや日本風のものまで様々な器が作られています。こちらは白色度の高いシンプルな白磁の茶荷です。茶を淹れる前に茶葉をこちらに入れておき、鑑賞した後、匙を使って茶壺に茶葉を入れます。
