      福建省の徳化県は中国三大磁都のひとつとされ、古くは海のシルクロードの出発点に位置し海外貿易によって世界へと広がっていきました。現在も白磁を中心として様々な磁器の生産が盛んな地域です。こちらは象牙白とも呼ばれることのあるオフホワイトの白磁。

      平底壺という安直なネーミングですが、底が平たいのでとても安定しています。デザインはどこかゆるい感じで、180gくらいと重くはないのですが、軽やかではありません。 そういう優しさを感じる茶壺です。
